Quality & Standards

When you buy from us, you can be assured of the quality and standards that go into building our Modular Homes. You may not be aware that there are multiple industry standard certification bodies. The most commonly known of course is CSA. However, North America's preferred industry standard certification mark and industry leader for having undergone vigorous safety and performance testing, evaluation & compliance for 'building products/materials' is Intertek.

Intertek is recognized by the world's leading code bodies; as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) by OSHA; recognized by Standards Council of Canada (SCC); and A2LA, APLAC, and ILAC accredited for Asia and other parts of the world. Intertek's additional accreditations include those by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the National Evaluation Service (NES), the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Code Council - Evaluation Service (ICC-ES).

Don't Be Misinformed, Get the Facts:

Canadian standards are here for your safety. There are strict guidelines for acquiring the CSA A-277 Certification. In order to place a Modular Home on a serviced lot in Ontario, you'll need a properly certified CSA A-277 Modular Home. We are happy to say that our products comply with these standards and are backed by the Intertek certification mark. As always ensure you ask your local building inspector and the dealer (if shopping the competition) if the homes are certified to Canadian standards. The answer should always be 'anything else is unacceptable'.
